Impressive Numbers-Matching 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe

 New to our Fairfield showroom is this gorgeous 1969 Chevrolet Corvette 2 Door Coupe with metallic blue exterior paint and a black vinyl interior.  This impressive numbers-matching classic has its original 427 cid V-8 engine and four-speed manual transmission under the hood and its factory equipped with air conditioning, power steering and power brakes as well.  The current owner has enjoyed this desirable muscle car for the past 47 years and it is currently in excellent mechanical condition.

Two Lifetime Owners & with Current Owner for Past 47 Years

The current owner of this 1969 Chevrolet Corvette is the second to own it and he has enjoyed this well-kept muscle car since 1971.  He informs us that it was originally painted Fathom Green from the factory and repainted its current color approximately ten years ago in a light cosmetic restoration.  As you can see from the photographs, the body lines are sensational and this beauty shows very little wear to the exterior- most collectors would consider it a high end driver.  The interior and engine compartment are also still largely factory correct and very clean overall, so this classic Vette can certainly be shown locally as well.

Additionally, the current owner informs us that he has converted the factory A/C over to the modern R-134a standard and it blows ice cold in the summertime.  The stereo has also been upgraded with an aux cable for smartphone charging/usage but otherwise, the original interior is still all here in very nice factory condition.  This desirable sports car also drives extremely well with great acceleration and handling, so the next owner is going to have a tough choice whether to fully restore this one back to factory perfection or to enjoy it exactly as it sits today.  Both are solid options.
